Barcelona Nut Company began in 1924, serving customers from a pushcart before opening its first storefront.
Over the years, the business grew into manufacturing roasted nuts and trail mixes. Stonehedge Farms added specialty coated popcorn from Dover, Pennsylvania, bringing a new chapter to the family.

Barcelona Nut Company’s story begins.

The Dover facility begins producing specialty coated popcorn under Stonehedge Farms.
2005
The businesses unite under the corporate name Popcorn Alley Inc., keeping their distinctive brands.
